Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are intended to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between MyNormal Company Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and users (the "Members") with respect to the Members' use of the 'InOut' service and related services (the "Service") provided by the Company through its website and application (the "App"), as well as other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows.

① "Member" refers to a person who has installed the Service provided by the Company, completed membership registration, and is using the Service.

② "Service" refers to the InOut service and related tangible and intangible assets provided by the Company to Members.

③ Depending on whether a Member currently holds a paid subscription to use the Service, Members are referred to respectively as "Paid Members" and "Free Members."

④ "Service Website" refers to the Company's internet site where Members can check the contents of the service operated by the Company online.

⑤ "Member Account" refers to the combination of identification numbers issued by the Company for the purpose of personal identification, based on information provided by the Member in order to use the Service provided by the Company.

⑥ "Application (App)" refers to the means by which a Member can use the Service provided by the Company, which can be downloaded free of charge from stores operated by Google LLC and Apple Inc.

⑦ "Content" refers to codes, characters, voice, sound, images, video, graphics, colors, images, etc. (including any combination thereof) that the Company digitally produces and provides, whether for a fee or free of charge, in connection with the provision of the Service so that they can be used on mobile devices.

⑧ "Mobile Device" refers to a device on which "Content" can be downloaded or installed for use, such as a mobile phone, smartphone, tablet, PC, etc.

⑨ "Features" refers collectively to the elements that make up the "Service" within the "Application," broadly encompassing elements such as "Records," "Fasting," "Statistics," "Community," "Battle," "My Page," "Themes," "Missions," "Rewards," "Store," etc.

  1. Except as defined in Paragraph 1 of this Article, the definitions of terms used in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations and service-specific policies, and any terms not defined therein shall follow general commercial practice.

Article 3 (Terms and Other Rules)

  1. These Terms apply together with the usage guidelines for each individual service provided by the Company.
  2. For matters not specified or stipulated in these Terms, the "Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.," the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions," the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.," the "Content Industry Promotion Act," and other relevant laws and regulations, or general commercial practice, shall apply.

Article 4 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms of Service)
